Your S-SV EMS Paramedic Reaccreditation application has been completed, but will not be processed without submission/verification of the following supporting documents:
- Copy of your new California State Paramedic License.
- Copy of your current U.S. state-issued Driver’s License or photo ID.
- Copy of your current PALS, PEPP, APLS or Handtevy certification/recognition.
- Copy of your current ACLS certification/recognition.
